Action-packed day from the get-go! Summer in San Juan, PR brought us some interesting weather for our evening trip with SuFishNSea. Mario and their crew joined me for a 4-hour night fishing adventure, setting out as the sun began to dip below the horizon. We pushed off from the dock at 6:00 PM, ready to explore the wrecks off the coast. The day had been partly cloudy with some morning rain, but the skies were clearing up nicely for our evening on the water. As we motored out, I filled the crew in on our game plan for the night, looking forward to trying out a variety of techniques in the rich waters around San Juan.

Once the stage was set, we got down to business, starting with some jigging around the wrecks. The structures always hold promise, providing habitat for a variety of species. We moved between bottom fishing and trolling as the night progressed, giving us the best shot at enticing a bite. While the fish weren't jumping into the boat, the thrill of night fishing kept us engaged.
